Send articles from Google Reader to Diaspora

I just came across an article that describes how to setup a custom "Send To" site in Google Reader that allows you to share interesting stuff on Google+.

I already have a bookmarkelt for my Diaspora pod that allows me to share stuff to Diaspora.

So, why not combine the two?

Follow the instructions in the article but replace the Google+ references with Diaspora references. The Diaspora "send to" URL depends on your pod. A generic URL looks like
https://name.of.pod/bookmarklet?url=${url}&title=${title}&v=1&noui=1&jump=doclose.
Replace name.of.pod with the hostname of your pod.

If your pod has a favicon, use its URL, else just leave the field blank.

You can now share from Google Reader to Diaspora.
